Love is the answer to every problem. Is there something about yourself you don’t like? Your nose? Your hair? Perhaps you think you are too quiet or clumsy? Can you train yourself to love everything about yourself? Who is the person in your life you find most irritating? Can you sit quietly for a few minutes and send loving thoughts to that person? Can you apologize to that person for having negative thoughts about him or her? Negative thoughts are harmful to your biofield. They reduce your energy.
I would like to introduce you to the story of Anita Moorjani. She was dying of cancer in a hospital bed when she had a near death experience. She describes this experience in a very moving and inspirational TED talk which you can see on YouTube. In this YouTube video she explains that she had given herself cancer by harboring so many negative thoughts about herself and others. Of course, if you do not feel well you go to a doctor but we have much to learn about how our physical body responds to our thoughts. If you have a problem, try an experiment, for one month instead of having negative thoughts, try sending loving thoughts to yourself and the problem. See how you feel after one month. I did this experiment and was surprised to find that I wasn’t so tired, I had more energy. So I continued the experiment for a year and I noticed I wasn’t getting colds so often. Needless to say, I never stopped the experiment. This experience taught me that negative thoughts were a handicap. Let me know how your experiment goes.
