The Internet can be overwhelming with advertising repackaged to look like helpful information. Two resources not to miss are The Center for Healthy Minds in Wisconsin. http://centerhealthyminds.org/about/overview This Center has been researching the benefits of meditation for almost 20 years. They have developed many tools and kits for families, teachers and employees that would like to create a daily practice of meditation.
Another great resource for building a healthier future is http://www.ecoliteracy.org/resources. The Center for Ecoliteracy was created by Fritjof Capra, the author of the Tao of Physics. On their resource page you can find lots of activities for children to stimulate their understanding of the connectedness of everything.
Two great resources for planting seeds that will bear fruit with time.
