“Suffice It to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there’s only one place to look: inside you. When you look, do it with love.” Ho’oponopono
For just a few minutes close your eyes. Take a deep breath and feel whatever it is that solidly supports you; the ground beneath your feet, the chair holding your body, the body that gives you form, and the bones that support your height and breadth. Once you feel present within yourself, breathe in memories of your very early youth; a time when you played easily and ideas flowed, one after another … effortlessly. When you awoke excited by life and you spoke of the world as you viewed it. With each inhalation return to your child self. Breathe in the excitement of life. Exhale the anticipation. Breathe in the youth of your young self, exhale the eagerness of all that the world holds for you. Breathe in the firm softness of your child body, breath out fluidity and ease of motion. Allow yourself to get lost in the memories of feeling your youthfulness, body mind spirit, excitement, passion, and connection. Stay in this place until it becomes truly present in your body…and beyond, until you would like to return, in this youthful state, to the present, by taking a deep breath and opening your eyes on the exhalation.
